My name is Tim Broek and I am the Dutch owner of Klima Summer Houses. I’ve been staying on Samos for 25 years and always stay with the locals, I love them. I’m interior designer by profession and work for a few years for part of the year from the Klima-Bay, because nowadays everything is possible with the internet and I get more and more orders from the “Greek” community.
